Qualifications: Formula for Success

These skills and experiences will make you a good fit for this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Business, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or management within a related field; commercial or infrastructure construction industry experience preferred.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software. Previous experience using SAP is preferred. Previous experience using ProCore or similar PM/DC software a plus.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, purchase orders, contracts, codes, and standards.
  • A thorough understanding of contract documents, with ability to independently act and respond to customers on commercial and technical inquiries after consultation with internal team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to coordinate various tasks with customer-driven changing priorities and deadlines on multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills, including active listening skills with internal and external customers; ability to collaborate with various departments, and develop partnerships with customers.
  • Demonstrate initiative, take ownership of the process, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Possess the legal right to work and remain in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Ability to travel a plus.

Principal Responsibilities

This is a high-level overview of the role we need you to fill for us:

This individual will execute support activities associated with planning and management to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to customer expectations. They will support the Operations team with project coordination activities such as order fulfillment, project planning and schedule monitoring, issue resolution/risk tracking, submittal tracking, and communications. This position will support Project Managers and collaborate with Engineers as well as liaise with Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to assist in keeping projects progressing on track.
