These skills and experiences will make you a good fit for this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Engineering or similar discipline, MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in a similar role or other strategic and/ or technical roles.
  • Demonstrated self-starter with strong leadership skills and ability to drive continual improvement.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple functions and sales channels.
  • Proficient use of all Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
  • Ability to understand CAD and BIM files.
  • Prior experience with the Phase Gate process, Sales database and SAP experience preferred, Salesforce experience a plus
  • A thorough understanding of technical documents and regulatory compliance.
  • Possess the legal right to work and remain in the United States without sponsorship.

Principal Responsibilities

This is a high-level overview of the role we need you to fill for us:

Primary responsibility of this position is to support the execution of product line strategies to achieve growth and margin targets established by the business. Ideal candidate will have experience managing product development projects from validation of business case, to development and sourcing, to creation of marketing materials, customer launch, and finally analytics and troubleshooting. This position will lead all pricing projects and be responsible for portfolio management and tactical implementation of product line strategies and measures for life cycle management program. An important element of this position is to work cross functionally with other business units and to act as the liaison between external customers and the internal organization.
