These skills and experiences will make you a good fit for this role:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• One year of warehousing experience and one year of material handling (forklift/tow motor) experience is required.
• Ability to safely operate powered industrial forklift to transport inventory.
• Ability to operate Mobile Crain to move raw material for fabrication as well as loading finished goods onto flatbed trucks.
• Ability to learn quickly and function in a fast-paced environment.
• Motivated to succeed as an individual and willing/able to work independently and with team members to maintain high customer service level for accuracy and detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with changing priorities and deadlines.
• Must maintain a safe work area for self and others and ensure proper housekeeping is sustained throughout the workday.
• Must be able to lift and manage material of up to 50 pounds unassisted; walk or stand for long periods of time; wear all required PPE.
• Possess the legal right to work and remain in the United States without sponsorship.

Principal Responsibilities

This is a high-level overview of the role we need you to fill for us:

This position will report to the Warehouse Supervisor. This position is responsible for providing raw material for fabrication to our shop and subcontractors, moving material within our facility as required, as well as shipping, receiving, storage, order fulfillment and data entry services for finished goods, inventory control, and material location transfers. This role will pick and pack orders safely, accurately and securely for shipment to our customers, following established guidelines and practices while always looking to improve the process. This role will also collaborate with Scheduling, Production, Customer Service and other departments regarding order requirements and/or fulfillment issues.
