These skills and experiences will make you a good fit for this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial or Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience in Customer Care or Supply Chain management.
• Previous experience in use of LEAN and Sig Sigma principles considered a plus.
• Oversee the development and/or deployment of process standards, operating procedures, diagrams, training materials, and job aids as required to properly document and coordinate supply chain roles and responsibilities.
• Leads the development of assigned staff in efficiency and proficiency by setting measurable business and career targets and providing regular feedback to all direct reports throughout the review period.
• Regularly interfaces with sales, engineering, and manufacturing planning to ensure scheduled deliveries meet customer expectations.
• Must understand and follow all quality initiatives and processes for ISO 9001 and other quality standards.
• Lead with a mindset of continuous improvement and Operational Excellence.
• Proficient use of all Microsoft applications, and previous experience with MRP systems (SAP Business One).

The Supply Chain and Procurement Manager is responsible for overseeing the process of order entry to shipment of Watson Bowman Acme products in the areas of Contract Administration, Customer Care, Procurement, Inventory Control, Logistics, and Warehousing. Ideal candidate will have experience managing complexities in delivering Engineer to Order and Configure to Order products to customers in the construction industry. An important element of this position is to ensure effective communication across functions while driving continuous improvement into processes.
